Need to be tweaked, I have my controller settings maxed out and play COD on level 5 and it's extremely different, i.e. COD is has much faster horizontal movement. It feels incredibly toned down in DUST514. Not that the two should be the same game ...

Still have issues when I die in battle I'll spawn back in but am unable to fire my weapons. Doesn't happen often but has happened twice today. I died>spawned>ability to fire=No Go.

Nah I narrowed it down to happening whenever I'd press the R3 button to run. Also when you get close to walls in the map the character constantly will just bounce but won't move. Happens near alot of the walls on the Ambush map this past weekend...

I had the same issue happen to me. I switched between different suits a lot that game and the last time I switched my gun just stopped working and corrected itself the following game.
