I am not color blind but I know a few people who are. There are basically three colors that all seem similiar to them Green, Blue, and Red. I don't really have a dog in this fight since I am not colorblind, but I feel it is a reasonable request.

This has happened to me too. I feel like if the target is far away or out of your feild of view it doesn't go off. Not sure it could just be random.
