I haven't played in a bit. When did the range on the Charge Rifle get down to 400m ? Why ? Is it on all the Sniper Rifles ? Did the Damage Power go up if distance got nerfed ?

Tactics are way down. People don't even check/clear hack points anymore, RE's are feasting on 'em. Inexperienced Snipers don't move and will go right back to where they were killed. New Heavies don't know how to use cover. and etc, etc, etc....
