19:00 and 23:00 UTC which is 7pm to 11pm if you can't do simple 24hr to 12hr time conversion (2:00 PM to 6:00 PM ET) on Saturday Dec 1st so for you that would be 11am to 3pm never understood how people fail at simple time conversion
