Please implement some sort of way to remove the players who play one or two games as snipers (who are useless to the team because as soon as they get the kills they want they go and hide for the rest of the game) and then never touch the character...

I don't get what what significant change this would have. Would the chance to ignore shields be per bullet? I mean assuming you get the armor down to 1/4 without destroying it and assuming it would take 3 rounds from your gun in order to take down...
