At the mo you can only get through the PS Store as nothing showing in the Dust marketplace. I checked the Dust store first in the hope of buying it that way but no joy.

Yep, I have had this problem a few times as well. It is a tad frustrating as it happens right at the end of the match. Still I am enjoying this FREE game v. Much.
