You'd still be able to create as many different fits as currently but you'd only be able to select x amount of them before the battle starts. E.g you'd get all the starter fits, any BPO's you'd bought and then, say, 4 other fittings?

Skills or Warbarge upgrades etc would be able to increase the number you could bring. This way not everyone one the battlefield would necessarily have a fit for all seasons and most vehicles, in my experience, can swat off militia swarms as an annoyance rather than a threat.]]>

You cant run armor in this game anymore as a pilot in most cases, the math is just always against you since CCP decided balance = most AV doing massive damage to you. Can you put in work with armor? Of course. But, the second the enemy decides to actually focus on you, your only option is to run, and run, and run some more.]]>

If i ever get caught in a swarm situation while in a python (very rare case for me... I prefer AV with a rail'bus) i fire into the swarms if it renders.

domination is a big problem for solo AV against tanks.....just too little open space so its too easy for the tank to get cover or the short sprint back to the red line. might have to spec into proxies to get that bit extra help.

The Swarm Launcher solos vehicles too easily, AVing isn't fun anymore. And before you compare me to some of the irrational tankers: I'm down with the 1 player = 1 player thing. But considering the differences in terms of investment, I'd prefer that I chase off vehicles instead of ganking them like I do now.


Being a swarmer since open beta doesnt mean you are correct.

I think its BS and Swarms are ok, if not Underpowered...

I think they should deal much less damage per volley, but travel extremely fast and have a larger clip size. Would make them much less intimidating, and more of a light weapon that steadily brings down a vehicle's HP.

Explain the problem to me when you get hit by so many swarms.
The people who fly drophips or drive tanks in pub properly almost never die.
I try REALLY hard killing them but they just go away if they go low and regen.
Alone it's just not seems possible to me. :(
