1. Its a last min cash grab because why not

2. Higher ups want to see how legion would be so show us on PS3 for whatever reason and if it still is crap it will be cancelled after we make a bit more money

3. Legion needs to be in a better position than when DUST started so actually finish DUST so we can copy and paste it to PC like with working gamemodes, finished all the suits and vehicles etc

4. Legion will never be green lit lets just muck about with dust and give them false hope all over again
