This game is by far my favorite video game to this point. I was just thinking about all the hard work you put into this game and realized how generous you are being by making this free to play. There is a lot of games out there that aren't worth a dime but have a 60 dollar price tag. That I can pick up and play this game that blows alot of other games out of the water for not a penny actually makes me want to throw money at you. I just really wanted to say thanks for all the work you guys are doing Really exited for future updates Expect some aurum purchases from me |

Well I wont be buying any gear with it except maybe a bpo or 2 I mostly will buy sp boosters which will be usefull And if you like it and have a lil extra cash why not help support the creators of such a marvelous game? But that's the beauty of it... If you're broke you can still enjoy the same game with little advantage going to the people that choose to pay Me Gusta lol |

I love positive threads. They bring light to the seemingly vast darkness of negative threads out there.
Even thought Dust has some rough edges and tends to suck every now and then, at least we can rest assured that this game will improve and age like fine California wine over time. This game has plenty of potential just like how Eve Online started and I am also happy to see the Dust community be a part of something big as well as the ability for the players to be represented via the Council of Stellar Management. |

I think it's a great game. I loe how there is a skillbook for everything. I dont mind spending the money that I have spent on it. My Raven BPO I use it constantly. I just found out one of my friends purchased a few AUR dropsuits that you cant get anymore, she uses them solely to walk around the war room and show em off. If I had the opportunity I would buy em. I see a great future for this game |

I just wanted to say thanks for the positive post. You get a big +1 from me sir. Your appreciation is not alone, though these forums may make it seem such at times. I may not have money to burn, but I will throw some CCP's way from time to time since they will make better use of it than I will. |

Have you played Halo? Do some multiplayer and let me know how many bugs and glitches you find. If you want, do a YouTube search on Roosterteeth's Achievement Hunter with fails of the week and you will see what I mean. Mind you these are games that have been deemed as "finished". |

This 100%. Without our support the game won't flourish. For the amout of entertainment it gives me I don't mind throwing some cash at CCP. Go rent a movie at redbox, that's $2 for 2 hours worth of visual stimulation.
For the price of half a chicken nugget a day you can help support this game while using a nice shiny booster. Why not?
What tickles me is when people say "No way I'll spend money on this game!" while they play the game for countless hours daily. If you're so broke you can't spend $5 on this game every now and then yet you play it for 8-12 hours a day, you need to reevaluate your life. |

OK. Now all that's over- I was going to chime in and say that i agree w the OP. -Although I won't go so far as to say its my fav game ever, I'm definitely immersed in it right now, and loving it. I don't play many games, mostly due to time issues, and my obsessive compulsive nature towards gaming. (I have to pick one at a time, and for the last 8 years, it's been Streetfighter, EVE, and now DUST.) DUST has been a perfect break/contrast to the uber-seriousness of EVE, and I really enjoy just turning on my PS to crank out a few rounds for instant gratification.
Early in the closed beta, I bought 3 merc packs for my charecters, and after the char. reset, was surprised how many items and Aurum was accumulated. Im currently less than halfway thru that stuff, and I feel like i got more than my $'s worth

Completely agree with the OP. I have very high hopes that this game will deliver the concept that so many gamers are waiting for.
Unfortunately, though, I won't spend any real money on Dust, at least until the ISK, AUR, and items transfer is possible between characters. Since I play on an account that is registered for the different region than the one I'm living in at this time. |
