A couple of builds ago they release them to us and we love'em. They take them away for the entire next build. Then they tease, and torment us by saying if you want them, you have to (re-re) purchase the 'Mercenary Pack' in a specified window of time. Of course it only ticked off nearly everyone minus some complecent people. Then out in left field they re-release the 'Valor' MAG dropsuit into the market for a little AUR. So now I have to ask where the other two are. Where are they, CCP? Just release them to us and be done with this whole debacle. You'll make the majority happy again, and it will go a long way in cooling the community here off a bit. |

Yes they did, in a very shady deal that pissed off a lot of people as OP said. Especially in Europe where many regions also saw a 35% price increase on the Merc pack for that weekend, only to drop back to a more normal price afterwards.
I was one of the people who was pissed off at this way of doing things, and I blame Sony more than CCP, but still a ****** move and I also reported them to my countrys Consumer Protection organisation.
So yeah, releasing them to the rest, which I assume will happen eventually, is gonna go a little way in cooling me down, but it was still a really ****** move on their part. |

Thank you! Ha-ha. Glad someone else agrees. I hope they do release the rest soon though.

I'll gladly take your 'Raven' dropsuit once the player market is up. So long as CCP has not released them though yet. As for it being "useful"? Considering I am still using my 'Skinweave' and rocking the battlefield I see no point in using other a dropsuit above standard tech. The prices just do not justify my needing them. Besides I trust my skill as a player. |
