On any map that has the new circular null cannon letter objectives you can get inside the center of the cannon. Some games it happens, and some it does not. When it does you can literally just walk right through the graphics into the cannon. While in here you cannot shoot out but you can remain hidden from the enemy and freely walk in and out to shoot them and then hide. I've noticed some players could get in here just like I could, and others could not. The enemy I encountered while doing this could not get inside to get to me, but i could hop out at will and take pot shots at them when they got near or i could wait until they began a hack and jump out and shoot them in the head. |

Yeah it's like you go into some funky noclip mode and glitch everywhere. Makes hacking a real pain and coming under fire whilst doing it a nightmare. |

An additional issue that i believe may go hand-in-hand with the bug i mentioned above happens when moving around the perimeter of these new null cannons. The null cannons have what i would describe as a number of large, vertical ,protective metal plates spaced evenly around the circumference. If you walk just inside these near the control panel and then you walk into one of these metal plates and move around the edge of them, your character will move an extraordinary distance away from the objective; sometimes roughly 10-20 meters. If you take a step in the other direction you may end up back where you were, or you may slingshot passed that point and go 10-20 meters in the opposite direction. I assume it's a camera issue much like the known bug that has you float up into the air and then instantly be back on the ground. |

Aye, having this issue and reported from teammates as well. Some serious lag-bounce and clipping issues around new objective points. |

yea, the corp v corp map objective A did this to me. i try every letter in every map now, this is the only one i've seen.
also, yes, the random getting pushed by objectives... i was hacking B in that corp v corp map and when i was done i went to walk away and it Pushed me off the freakin cliff! |

Haha, yea, I've had objective A push me out into the middle of the road....where i then got run over. So actually, it can't just be a camera angle issue. If i recall correctly, the "floating to the sky" glitch was a camera issue but your body was technically still on the ground. This one, your body actually moves to the new location entirely, not just the camera position. I could be mistaken.
But yes, Objective A on that map is prone to causing it. I have also done it at "C" on the same map and also at some of those style objectives on larger 5 point maps. I believe those objectives are plug-n-play, so to speak, so the issue is with the structure itself, not the map they are transplanted into.
Thanks for the input. |
