Either im making things up but i have the slight impression that the drifter structures on certain maps are getting closer to the battlefield which we are fighting on. Any explanaiton for that? Ya know the huge things in the background that are floating in the air.

Trust me when I say no element of EVE lore will ever be seen in Dust ever again.
Similar to how anything involve immortal soldiers has virtually disappeared from EVE. Hard not to get the impression this game is an embarrassment to the company.

Anyways, what do you believe the structures are?

Anyways, what do you believe the structures are? I may not like it, but it's pretty much a reality. CCP Rattati and his small team have way too many game-breaking issues to try and fix and content balancing to do to be worried about trying to incorporate current EVE events into the game.
As far as my second statement, I'm just calling it how I see it. CCP never talks about Dust 514 anymore. Hell, the only mention it got was a single sentence from CCP Helmar at FanFest this year.
I don't want them to think of this game that way, but again, I'm calling it as I see it.

I started out in this game as a optimist, and slowly slowly into pessimism with the death blow being F-Fest14 (never again). Then, Rattati and the current team are steadily building my Optimism up again.
It's funny, this is the most direction DUST has ever had. Even when DUST Development had most things to their disposal, they lacked direction....hard.

Hell, I just made one the other day with those PC ideas you and I were talking about.
