I haven't been able to log on DUST 514 because of Lizard Squad and I would really like to get those special Quafe CK.0s but it's not our fault we are being tortured.
It's like telling and confirming to a homeless man there is a million dollars but the suitcase is on the moon.

They are not special.
If CCP gave them out once and then never again they would be special. When they give it away during events and put them on sale on the market everyone now and then they just become uncommon nothing special about them.
