If you can scan others you dont need health since your entire squad can see them. Thats why a caldari scout needs to make larger sacrifices than the gal. Also, a gallenete scout needs three complex profile damps to be completely hidden.

I wish the other scouts, excluding Cal, could temporarily avoid scans, at least for the Min, since it relies on guerrilla warfare and "hit and run" tactics. "One does not simply" run like a Raptor. Only mk.0 Scouts do that.

It dips below 15 dB with a proto cloak (on) 14 dB - GalScout + 2 damps + proto cloak (on ... 10% bonus) 15 dB - GalScout + 2 damps + adv cloak (on ... 5% bonus) 16 dB - GalScout + 2 damps Why do you need a blue tag to do your math? If active, is the scanner a proto Gal logi? If passive, does the passive scanner have max skills? Is he a Cal scout or something else? -Aramis
