Are remote explosives completely unusable in FW? Or Is there a certain number of them you can explode before getting banned. Each RE does 1500 damage, so in theory, couldn't you detonate 3 of them before getting banned? Or is it an instban for using them at all? I was just thinking about using them (and if i can use three then I'm ok with that) but I have no idea what the deal is with the bug is with them. I would be greatful for any info you can give me. Thanx.

I heard that they do damage to themselves. so detonate 2 by each other and you have done 3000 dmg FF. Heard this is getting hotfixed next week btw.

So then if you detonate an RE by it's self it doesn't count as FF? Am I understanding that right? If so that is perfect.

Can anybody confirm that how REs and FF work in FW? Does it only count as FF if you are stacking and detonating REs ate the same time, or does the FF count for each exploded RE?

REs do 1500 damage and this counts towards itself as damage to friendly equipment, so blow 3 even individually that's 4500 damage towards your 5000 limit. Hopefully will be part of the fix on Tuesday.

I'm not entirely sure- the one time I used REs in FW, I actually had at least 5 detonations before the one that kicked me.
Maybe it's just if the REs hit each other?

One remote explosive at an objective seems to do the trick for me. Otherwise, you're asking for trouble; given the current state of REs in FW. Thankfully, it's getting fixed.

Five damaging each other is the kick. Three can take a HAVGǪ after that never deploy more than one within the radius of another. Happy KABOOMING everyone.
