Day 2. Day ban (Again) for dropping off green berries. If they jump out will i'm descending to land they get smashed because of how the drop off location is programmed. I've been given the day ban back to back days, for merely dropping blue berries off.
Worked all day for my lv 2 back, only to lose it trying to give my blue berries a lift.. |

theres also the bog, where if you roadkill your teammates, or even enemys it says you do upwards of 2-3k damage
...Yeah, i use a heavy machine gun, and I think i do a Damn good job at it.

Why wouldn't one person try to throw an Re at an LAV and notice it sticks kinda a big change... what caused it? Why do remote mines stick to things now? |

Oh okay. That's what I figured it was. The crushing was breaking the 5,000 damage limit.
In my honest opinion, I've heard of a lot of stories, I think the damage limit should be lifted. There's so many circumstantial situations that create a loophole in the design, and the penalty a player receives for running into these loopholes is very severe. |

Having a month to design, test and release new/re-vamped mechanics with as little as two weeks before the previous release? Just saying, they were having to fix bugs/glitches in the middle of their design cycle for this patch back in 1.6

Sure there will be people that cause damage if it is removed but honestly, I don't feel we need it. What should happen is if you are damaged by a teammate and then killed from enemy fire, an option to punish will show up if your teammate does a substantial part of the damage. Damage is already tracked in the logs. I'm sure there is a way to program the system to this effect.
Auto kick is only a good option for AFK and hacks. For everything else just give the players the ability to police themselves. Maybe even add a vote to kick option so that when we see a name we know is up to no good we can remove him before he even causes us damage.
Also, please work hard on team deploys. Many problems will cease to exist when we can go into FW and PC as a collective. It is after all an MMO first right. |

Nothing in the game should dole out more damage than a player has HP left in their suit. If you crush a dude with a vehicle it should not do 5000+ damage if the player only has 600 HP on their dropsuit. Da Math is Broke |

Yepp :/ Touching the MCC with your Dropship does like 102,9385,0921,8350,9285 Damage. So there's obviously a lot of places that the math doesn't make sense o.o |

I understand why the damage limit is there, if someone lowers a team-mates shields and armor to 1hp and then someone else's stray bullet hits that person to finish them off, the blueberry is obviously gonna punish that last bullet-giver thinking they were the one that fired all of the previous bullets. There are going to have to be accumulative damage limit categories based on damage-type (projectile, explosive, vehicle etc).
Another solution could be some kind of a time limit - If someone does 5000 damage within 20 seconds then it's pretty obvious they're trying quite hard to cause harm! The damage caused counter could maybe start ticking down constantly throughout the match, 10 hp per second, something like that so that in 1 minute you'd have reduced your damage-caused by 600... just an idea.

It is what it is, not entirely happy with the situation but w/e, it is still early in the race for the new FW

I was afraid of this happening with vehicles doing up to 10k damage on certain impacts. I was hoping for a fix for the exiting of the dropship to make it harder to get "crushed". Like a 2 seconds of invicibility from the dropship impacts as soon as you jump out, or maybe something that's less of a bandaid over the problem.

to be honest i'm pretty pee'd tonight again. been running since 3pm UK time til 1am UK time on and off doing FW matches to build standing up. near end of match get eve support, rewuest orbital on a point when its covered in red dots. what happens? blue dots hear an OB and think Oh great time to hack the point while that ob falls!! insta kicked and all the standing i've earned for the past 10 hours has gone down the p**ser. something really needs to be done otherwise folk will quickly get bored and just move back to pubstomping where they can happily drop OB's and prox mines without the worry of some mindless bluedot getting themselves killed by it and us facing the consequences. i mean seriously. yesterday a corp mate threw down remotes on point and a bluedot went up and shot one creating a chain reaction killing 3-4 friendlies and my corp mate gets kicked and loses all his standing hell even if its just for OBs that a big f***in warning flashes on screen with an AOE shadow where its going to land and a 5 sec delay. then if anyone still there its there daft fault and no penalty to the dropper.
its supposed to encouraging connection between both sides of the player base but it;ll just get to case where no one wants to drop an ob because of risk of being booted so eve pilots are sat around doing nothing and FW is OB less and it gets boring and folk move away. y'know like cos of all the eve side OBs you get in PC these days |

The delay with the Eve orbitals is a problem. I was in the match with Nirwanda and he killed himself and 1 blueberry, that's it.
I don't even think the vehicle damage thing should be an issue. think it should solely be based off of the player vote system.
Nobody can kill vehicles anyway, so why should team damage be a concern?
Remove time in battle from ISK payout formula and provide a bonus to winning team... Watch battles become fun again.

I made a thread about accidently smashing blueberries and getting insta-kicked from the match; It seems Scotty got on the job of firing people from matches.
Why wasn't he this good with matchmaking? Is this his way of vengeance on all of the forum posters that talked bad about him?

Also fix damage done to yourself and your own vehicles/equipment. REs that blow up on each other count toward that 5000dmg total. So if you have 2 REs and they blow up, one hurts the other and counts toward that limit. NOT COOL.

What if a blueberry has been following you around all day shooting me with a shotgun and revive with a miltia rep over and over and over how come he didn't get band for a whole day of following me around some how? I shot him back at the end of the today and killed him like 3 times while he was shooting me in the back and i got banned. Btw his name is XJC2 |

hahah yeah. and suffered the rather displeased rage rant at after the match ended
but i had a brief conversation with a mr jack daniels and resulted in a more calm Nirwanda in the end. still dumb as s**tt mechanic though.... uh-oh... this is not good for my rage. time to go hunt for the good drugs |

I got kicked for flying a dropship. No one died, I was in mid-air over an objective so I did not land on anyone. I just got kicked and lost all my standing... again. |

But seriously, at least get rid of the Formula 1 Tanks. That's just getting old. Those things are INSANELY fast.

Is everyone mental? The problem is NOT that the people are resulting in him getting kicked. The problem is that the people are getting KILLED for DROPPING out of a DROPship in the first place! Give vehicles a embark/disembark animation and you'll fix this forever. And while you're at it, give Dropships decent landing gear, they're still damaging themselves far more than they should on impact.
