A shotgun/crossbow that shoots Novas and/or normal bullets and quadruples as a sniper rifle. Second Primary Weapon would be a classic Bow&Arrow. Equip able Novas run standard.
A car where YOU CAN ACTUALLY SHOOT OUT OF THE DRIVERS AND PASSENGERS SIDES INSTEAD OF HOPPING OUT and getting shot in the face.
A locked drives seat for those GTA blueberries.
Even better, automatic explosion of vehicle if your not in vehicle, and your automatically receive lost vehicle.
The same if they park it in the red zone or wreck it.
Fix hit detection for Novas, a lunge toward enemy would be cool, as well as a few knife kill animations.

I know this is supposed to be a futuristic game and all but...

Jump modules. (I'm a Heavy, this is not a Shotty/NK Scout request.)
Deployable Scanners.
Resistance Modules.
Equipment Module that allows for an Assault to use both weapon slots to use a Heavy weapon with a weight penalty.
Heavy Logi. Light weapon, 2 equipment, no grenades
Mid Slots for Biotics, CPU, & PG extenders, Profile Dampeners, etc.
Explosive Suicide suit. (Somebody has to push the immortality issue.)
Small one man orbitals. Kills your WP from the squad total but allows you to drop a single pulse OB on that red squad coming around the corner.
Cheeseburgers.
