As you are all aware, ISK raffles have been popping up on the forums for a while now. I want to suggest a new approach to the system.
The Xer Cloud Consortium is a corporation with 5300 available merc slots, just about enough to cover a sizable percentage of the community. All members have open wallet access to which they are instructed to steal from and use at their discretion. I am offering any wealthy merc in the community an invitation to notify this forum topic when they are interested in running an ISK raffle. The following protocol would entail that this merc apply one of their lesser identifiable alt characters to our corp. This alt character would be hold the contents of the isk raffle proceeds. Once processed into our system and given director privileges I would suggest this merc drop the isk money at a random time and watch as unknowing corp members scramble to get their hands on the massive pot.
Again, this is an open invitation to use the Xer Cloud Consortium as a platform for frenzied isk raffles.
Search XERCC in the corporation tab.

This isn't about petty cash. I'm suggestion a system where a person can drop 100mil or 200mil at a single random time and let people scramble to access it.

Yes, you are right on the money. This is an experiential initiative that people have free access to try. And we have the space to accommodate.

Ok well I'm just gonna go brick tank my Logistics mk.0 Slap a complex damge mod on it and run a Duvolle (at prof 2). Heck i'll even "trow" a Core Locus Grenade into the mix.

Now you're thinking. Push the mechanics so hard and rough that we force CCP to make changes. That's how it works in EVE.

What's rich is a person doesn't even have to honor their drop box claim. However, among all of those false flags some person may actually decide to drop 1 billion isk. You never know with a meta game fueled adventure.

I'm sure there's got to be one taker willing to step up on the forums. We already had one guy try it out on a small scale within our corp.
Awry Barux randomly put down 2 million isk into the corp. I happened to see that, withdrew it and donated it all back to him plus everything I had in my personal savings, which amounted to 1,437,000 isk.
It's so fun being a crook and a philanthropist.
While something that's a little shy of 3.5 million is small change in Dust, it's still decent. Look forward to higher amounts flowing through the wallet.
