You need 30 mil ISK... i think, something like that. But the best way is provably to join a Small Corp that is trying to get into PC. |

if you have your own corp you can attack a district any time you want
no need for qualifications. you only need enough people to field a full team of 16 players and enough ISK to buy clone packs to attack a district. |

well you need a solid team of 16 people willing to be on at the exact same time each and every single day or enough people online at that point in time to make up 16 people.
these people should have maxed out proto gear
you needs hundreds of millions of ISK
then you buy a clone pack (star map shows you districts and gives you the option to buy clone packs/manage districts and attack etc)
then you get your ass kicked and give up.

All of these points but since you are new, do a little research on who you are attacking BEFORE you commit and engage. Look them up on the leaderboards. Ask on here or in game. Don't just go "all out" on a corp named Ancient Exiles thinking they are a bunch of old men with bad thumbs. You will get owned. |

You can pay people to fight... But that's not really going to end well. It never does. Take a look at this thread: https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=99858&find=unread ; you can "purchase" a district for 150 mil and get used to PC as long as you follow those rules, and you will get the intial investment upon leaving (it seems from what I've read, I don't run that show) so that could be a nice start if you had the people to do it. No point entering PC alone and paying people to fight your wars won't cut it.
Machiavelli wrote: ...if one holds his state on the basis of mercenary arms, he will never be firm or secure; because they are disunited, ambitious, without discipline, unfaithful; gallant among friends, vile among enemies; no fear of God, no faith with men; and one defers ruin insofar as one defers the attack; and in peace you are despoiled by them, in war by the enemy.
If you ever decide to join a group of players invested in trying to go down this road together, and maybe make some friends and have some fun on the way, consider joining Immortal Retribution. Or any other other corp also in this road. Or maybe even creating your own. That's my advice for you.
I wish you good luck in your endeavors. |

Ok, seasoned vet here who is gonna tell you how it is:
If you're expecting to jump ino PC without experienced players you are going to get decimated. At minimum you yourself should have about 8-10m SP all invested into one suit and one weapon. Diversifying roles is great, but you need to be 100% proficient in at least one role before you go elsewhere, otherwise you will get decimated. Most of us in PC have between 15m-25m SP, some are close to 30m.
So, that being said, your best bet would be to try and join a corp that is already established and start playing with them and get to know how PC works before jumping in. Don't expect to go against TeamPlayers, Ancient Exiles, Ahrendee, or 0uter.Heaven and make it out alive. There are only 3 types of installations played in PC (Biomass outpost, Orbital Artillery, and Gallente Research) with Biomass and Orbital Artillery being by far the most popular. Most corps have their strategies down like the back of their hand. They will be set up with uplinks and forge guns before you even make it to the objective.
I'm just trying to warn you before you jump in. You really should just focus on joining an active corp and learning to play with a coordinated squad. "Renting Mercs" is not going to work against a fully organized and experiences team. You will just get redlined harder than you've ever been redlined before. |

We need more people like you. Once you get your corp going start looking into hiring some mercs to ring.
Even if you field a great team for one match, and win, your most likely going to attack again the next day. |

PC isn't where it's at no more. Truthfully its locked down with districts being exchanged around the same hands. It's gotten so bad that its the reason some people are bored with PC.
You should look at the Dust charts and see its the same jokers over and over again. Plus all the "Vets" do is jump teams so one team is on top, drama happens, and then they jump to another well known corporation and the process begins all over again.
AKA it isn't fun no more. The only thing cool about PC is the money and items you can get.
I believe the future is in FW. |

pay for their services and you keep what you win....I just want the land in my name, that's all.... |
