Waiting four minutes for your armour to repair after an engagement sure has to be fun. Are people *really* using fits like the one in the OP? Also can't imagine anyone who used scouts before 1.8 to be willing to give up that much movement speed.

Caldari Assault C-I with two complex extenders - 553 (or was it 557) EHP. Caldari Scout ck.0 with four complex extenders - 540 EHP. They both have two low slots. One is proto, the other isn't.

I've had that happen before the patch too. Never thought much about it so I couldn't tell if it's linked to using equipment or not. Seems likely though. Either way, I'm pretty sure it's not a new bug nor is it only affecting cloaks.
